Generating constant concentrations of vaporized hydrogen peroxide (VHP) is known as a difficult and time consuming task. Our engineers have developed a simple H₂O₂ generator setup to test and validate our TRACE-GAS LAS H₂O₂ sensors for their performance. Check out our solution:
An air flow is guided through a bottle of H₂O₂solution and creating a defined H₂O₂concentration. By adding pure air flow, the concentration can be adapted accordingly. This setup is used for measuring gas adsorption effects and sensor responses at different concentration stages.
