NO₂ immision monitoring in cities

Trace gases such as nitrogendioxide (NO₂) amplify the greenhouse effect and contribute to the depletion of the ozone layer. Especially in cities, nitrogen oxide pollution is an increasingly relevant value for air quality, since it is potentially harmful to humans at higher concentrations. Therefore more and more cities are making measurement data available to their residents. Sports activities, for example, can then be scheduled for times/areas when/where the air quality is better.
Our PAS sensors are also used in the immission measurement of nitrogen dioxide (NO₂), their compact design makes them suitable for continuous, mobile measurement of NO₂ in ambient air.
